Why are our public schools constantly in crisis?

California school finance is one of the most complex subjects to understand. On March 21, 2012, the Temple City Schools Foundation and the California Credit Union held a free community forum on the topic and brought in education policy expert, Mary Perry, who is widely known for her ability to clearly explain complex education policy, data and research.
